Call for abstracts
Abstract submission is now open!
We invite researchers to submit abstracts presenting original work related to the thalamus and its role in brain function, computation, and clinical applications. This symposium aims to bring together researchers from diverse backgrounds to discuss recent advances in thalamic research and foster exchange.
We strongly encourage submissions from early-career researchers, including graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.

Topics of interest
Submissions may address, but are not limited to, the following areas:
Anatomy and connectivity of the thalamus
Role of the thalamus in sensory processing, attention, and cognition
Thalamus in clinical disorders (e.g., neurodegenerative or psychiatric conditions)
Computational models of thalamic function
Imaging and image analysis techniques for studying the thalamus and its nuclei
Applications involving the thalamus, such as therapy planning or neuromodulation
Contributions combining experimental, computational, and clinical approaches are particularly encouraged.
